How to Make an Energizing Superfood Smoothie in 5 minutes

Blend:

  • 1 flat Teaspoon of Ms/Mr Green Mix or 1 flat Tablespoon of Original Superfood Mix

 

  • 1 orange (peeled and cut in half)

 

  • 1/2 lemon (peeled, with some peel left on - high in Vitamin C)

 

  • 6 parsley stems or a bunch of mint (including the stems)

 

  •  3 cm nob of ginger (cut in small pieces)

 

  •  1 Tablespoon honey

 

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
