Blend:
- 1 flat Teaspoon of Ms/Mr Green Mix or 1 flat Tablespoon of Original Superfood Mix
- 1 orange (peeled and cut in half)
- 1/2 lemon (peeled, with some peel left on - high in Vitamin C)
- 6 parsley stems or a bunch of mint (including the stems)
- 3 cm nob of ginger (cut in small pieces)
