Talya received her training at Columbia University and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts.
Drawing on this knowledge, she helps you create a completely personalized program that suits your unique body, lifestyle, and goals.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

As a client of the health counselling program, you will:

  • two 50-minute sessions per month, over a 6-month period
