 Super Porridge

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1-2 tablespoons of our SuperFood Breakfast Topping 

How to Make:

Soak oats in water overnight (the soaking neutralizes the phytic acid which prohibits absorption of minerals in the body) or skip this step.

In the morning, cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes, while stirring (add more water if needed)


Put porridge into a bowl 

Add some of our SuperFood Breakfast Topping
or any other SuperFoods of your choice and mix

And that's it - it is so easy

Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoons of Our SuperFood Smoothie Mix
3/4 cup fruit (melon, mango, papaya, or other fruits of choice)
1 very ripe banana
1/2 cup water

How to Make:

Put all ingredients into your blender and blend
Turn on high to become smooth
Then add ice and blend till very smooth
Pour into a tall glass - find your favorite - and eat/drink with a long spoon

 Super Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup of our SuperFood Breakfast Topping
1 tablespoon of our Smoothie Mix
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt

How to Make:

In a food processor, blend all ingredients till they form a doughy consistency

If needed, add a few more dates
Roll into balls and keep refrigerated
