Return and refund policies for online purchases
We want you to Have A SuperLife and be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are displeased, we will accept your return (within 35 days of shipment) of any unused or defective merchandise, for a full refund of the original purchase price, credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s).

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. 
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. 
Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping policy
SuperLife ships online orders to addresses in Ireland,  Europe, Israel and America. 
If you are in Europe you should receive your products within a few days. 
If you are in Israel or America you should receive your products within ten to fourteen business days, from the date you receive your tracking no.
